A Note for All the VO Coaches Out There!
Go Get It Nation and beyond! I feel compelled to share with you a little something. I was trading some messages this morning and there’s something that’s been going on out there that’s REALLY burning my rear end. I think it’s important that we discuss it: VO Coaches.
For all of the coaches out there! Whether you are a voice over performance coach, a demo coaching producer, or you’re a life coach, I keep hearing these stories about how you’re not returning phone calls or emails in a timely manner, and this is with your clients.
If you don’t have time to respond to the people who are your clients, or who want to be your clients if you’re too busy to do that, what are you doing taking their money?
I’ve got 2 things to say to all of you coaches out there that are doing it: Shame on you… and THANK YOU!
You know why? My phone is on all day, every day. And I tell every single one of my clients, and they will attest to it, that if I’m awake and my phone is on I respond to them quickly. That’s not just 9-5. That’s not just Monday to Friday. It’s weekends, mornings, and late nights!
I VALUE that communication. Communication is everything.
So do yourself a favor coach – get with it!
